How long is the rental for?
Our bouncers are rented for a 4 hour period. During the summer months we can rent up until 8pm, this time draws in and the summer draws to a close. An evening event can be arranged for an additional cost.
Can extra time be arranged?
If your require the bouncer for longer than the 4 hour rental length this needs to be discussed when you book the bouncer. Additional time is $40 per hour.
What is the rain policy?
It is unsafe to use the bouncers in the rain. There are however three options available to you. If there is potential rain in the forecast for your event then we will phone you to discuss options.
Option one is to book an indoor facility (a list of potential buildings is listed below) and this guarantees the event taking place. Option two is to reschedule for another date, if this is not possible for whatever reason then Option three is to cancel (See cancellation policy for more details).
If there are showers forecast for the event then we will try to leave the decision until the last minute to allow the bouncer to be rented. If the renter wants to go ahead with the booking and rain occurs after the inflatable is erected then this is regarded as a booking and no refund will be given. If it is cancelled then there is no financial loss for the renter.

How do I book a bouncer?
You can either call us at 604 980 5867 or email at info@jumpforjoy.ca
We complete a booking confirmation over the phone which is emailed to you with a waiver and conditions of use. This gives you the opportunity to confirm the details.
How can I pay?
Full payment is due on receipt of the bouncer. Currently we can only accept cheques or cash.
When do you deliver?
We arrive up to 1 hour prior to your event unless alternative arrangements have been made. It takes approximately 30 minutes to set up the bouncer.
What happens during the collection of the bouncer?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to take the bouncer away. This time includes cleaning the bouncer and deflation.
